So I check the ButternutJelly inbox for our youtube account and I see that we got an e-mail from another user. Turns out this person is pissed about the kitty wash video we put up on youtube. Below is he/she's comments and our official ButternutJelly response:

Message: You sadistic jerk. I work in a vet's office. That animal was panic stricken. I see abused animals too often. Let me assure you the light hearted song in your little video didn't match the content. Cats actually have heart attacks from trauma. I've seen it happen. Whoever made that spa is guilty of animal cruelty. The cat's owner certainly is.
You're no different than those teenagers who put that puppy in the oven in Ohio.
