"It's important to aid the students to keep focussed on their career goals by choosing the career courses/subjects they need to reach that goal," Ms Pond said.
"So we're not just doing a one off talk, it's a wrap around of multiple programs and really saturating their exposure to career opportunities and reaching their educational goals," Mr Head said.

Ms Pond said all students were able to find out about the guest speakers' career path, what courses they took to get there and their experience in their respective industries.

Stuart High School students are receiving early exposure to reaching career goals and identifying pathways for learning through a series of regular career expos.
Students attended the expo in two groups with year 10 and SAASTA (South Australian Aboriginal s Training Academy) students coming through in one group and year nine students coming through after recess.
Aboriginal secondary education transition officer Tamy Pond said the school had been working in partnership with the Smith Family to provide students with an early start to thinking about the possibilities their future could hold.
"So when they do go for a job interview, they're going to have all the interview skills they need to be successful," Mr Head said.
Smith Family program coordinator Jeremy Head said the regular expos fitted in with a number of Smith Family programs being delivered in the school including Next Step, Straight Talk, iTrack and Uni Experience.
